Formerly a caterer who sold his wares from a roving truck, he's now settled down and is offering favorites like rib tips, pulled pork, beef brisket and ribs. Sides include the naturals: cornbread, baked beans and potato salad. The BYO experience here means you have to bring your beer, wine, or liquor, with you, but the price is good. The ambience includes music of the country, jazz and blues varieties.
