Chef-owner Gabino Sotelino's seasonally inspired French menu offers entree choices like pan-roasted Maine lobster, pan-seared tenderloin of buffalo, almond-crusted rack of lamb and roasted poussin with truffle-laced sauce Perigueux. A six-course degustation menu is also available. Sommelier Robert Bansberg oversees the award-winning wine list, which features a wide range of choices and price points.
