Argentinian

Chicago | Restaurants

The cuisine of this South American country is all about the plains-raised beef. The surplus of cattle in Argentina has evolved the dining culture here into one that values nearly every part of said grass-raised beef. Many Argentinian-style restaurants also put a premium on fresh vegetables, the better to accompany meat that's so good on it's own, it is usually lightly seasoned with salt, pepper and a little bit of olive oil.
