Whether you're willing to shell out $375 on a facial or pinch pennies with a $20 one, we've uncovered some splurges and steals you don't want to miss.
PEDICURES
THE SPLURGE: So decadent, so delicious and so delightful is Bliss' double chocolate pedicure that you'll feel like you've satisfied your sweet tooth and your tootsies. The 60-minute, $70 treat includes a soothing, hot chocolate milk skin-smoothing soak, a shin-sloughing sugar scrub and your nail polish expertly applied by one of their technicians. Plus, it all comes with a frothy cup of hot cocoa and warm brownies.
THE STEAL: You might not get hot chocolate with My Nail Fetish's pedi, but most of their products are made in-house. Try Shea On Me, a $50 treatment that includes a pure milk and shea butter cleansing soak, followed by an oatmeal scrub. They'll even give you a neck roll during your appointment.
COUPLES' TREATMENTS
THE SPLURGE: Romance a significant other with the "Two Peas in a Pod" package at Kaya Day Spa. You and a loved one will start with dual massages in a deluxe couples' suite, then move into the private nail suite for a joint Kaya signature pedicureand manicure. Allow three hours for this $350 experience.
THE STEAL: Or go for the sensual couples massage at nearby Spa Space. The massage therapist shows each partner the art of touch, and instructs on how best to massage one another. The four-hand massage technique is 90 minutes and $150 per couple.
FACIALS
THE SPLURGE: The “Magic” facial at Exhale is a whopping $375, but it’s still cheaper than going under the knife. Almost immediately following this 90-minute procedure you’ll see results, and your skin will feel and look tighter. Their well-trained skincare specialists focus on the eyes, lips, neck and décolleté, using superantioxidants and organic products.
THE STEAL: You’ll still get glowing results at Mojo Spa, the stylish new venue making waves for its “spa brunch parties.” Their deli-fresh facial is only $20 and made with fresh fruits and vegetables. It also comes with an application of Illuminata herbal moisturizer.
