This seafood-focused outpost of Phil Stefani Signature Restaurants offers stellar views of the Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan from its home at Navy Pier. Signature dishes include the chateaubriand or Dover sole (both are finished by staffers tableside), as well as swordfish Oscar and cedar-planked salmon.

The nautically inspired dining room features a forty-foot long exhibition kitchen, and gives the sense of a traditional, seaside restaurant, complete with exposed brick, mahogany, and brass chandeliers. If casual dining is desired, guests can choose RIVA Café below the main restaurant for great food without the candlelight.
