A Wicker Park nightlife favorite for years now, this Mexican-themed spot stays busy - especially late-night - when a hip, 30-ish crowd is jammed in shoulder-to-shoulder. Salud educates the public on its diverse tequila menu by offering tequila tasting sessions and tequila dinners.  The bar staff is knowledgeable and friendly, eager to answer guests' questions about Salud's expansive liquor list and its creative cocktail menu.

Salud also offers a delicious selection of authentic Mexican fare to complement its expansive liquor and cocktail menus. Executive Chef Jose Gonzales has created an exciting lineup of contemporary Mexican-influenced dishes.

The highlight of their current menu is the Salud Parillada Por Dos, a stone bowl filled with something for everyone, including ancho-rubbed pork, grilled chicken, marinated steak, grilled shrimp, crispy potatoes, fried yucca, poblano peppers, and sliced avocado, served with rice, beans, and tortillas so guests can make their own creations.
