Melding contemporary French and American cuisines with Japanese influences, Takashi restaurant showcases the personalized style of the chef/owner, Takashi Yagihashi, in an intimate and warm setting.

The restaurant combines the cuisine and service of a fine dining establishment with the warmth and accessibility of a neighborhood tavern.

Chef Yagihashi, known for his creative flair and light and flavorful touch, created a menu using high-quality seasonal ingredients from both around the globe and local farms, sourcing out organic items when possible.

No preservatives (including MSG) are used, instead highlighting homemade products with a healthy focus, all with a simple yet elegant presentation.

The wine list features primarily New World items, with a unique Sake program featuring sake (and beer) from Ibaraki Prefecture, Yagihashi’s hometown. Takashi is at once innovative and personal, a comfortable familiarity in an intimate setting with exceptional cuisine.

Hours: Closed Mon, Tues-Thurs 5:30pm-10pm, Fri 5:30pm-10:30pm, Sat 5pm-10:30, Sun 5pm-9:30pm
