Expect vibrant colors and outrageous design elements at this latest effort by nightlife connoisseur, Jerry Suqi. His last creation, Sugar, bent design paradigms and put dessert first; this one revolves around fruit (la pomme rouge=the red apple, in French). A mix of styles give off different auras, including Neo-Baroque, Victorian and Art Nouveau furnishings. Of course, at a lounge of this caliber, Champagne and sparkling wine rules. The menu consists of mostly wine-friendly, small plate cuisine. Various venues within the lounge give customers and event holders the chance to pick unique, stand-out themes.
