Meriwether's may be located in the Missouri History Museum, but don't let the location fool you. It was featured on The Food Network as one of the “Best Museum Restaurants,” and offers a wonderful dining experience with an unbeatable view of Forest Park.
The menu contains sandwiches, burgers and salads, but the point of note here is the ingredients to the dishes. The burger is a Bison burger, the salad option contains quinoa, and the sandwich is a gyro. Meriwether's captures the true spirit of adventure by showcasing some uncommon eats.
