The Chicago theater community is on the move!  It has an outstanding theater district and world class theater venues. From the iconic Chicago Theatre (with its famous marquee illuminating State Street) to the Goodman and Steppenwolf Theatres to Briar Street Theatre, the Civic Opera House and more. The Chicago theater scene also boasts some of the hottest performances in the Midwest with many coming from Broadway in Chicago.  The Shakespeare Theatre is a great way to introduce, or re-introduce, yourself to the works of the theater's namesake.
