Located within the Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, the Canopy Buffet offers nine different cooking stations that serve up homemade soups, pizza, sushi, carved meats, desserts and much more. All dishes are prepared in small batches to ensure freshness, and you can see much of the action right before your eyes. Signature items, like the homemade matzo-ball soup, are presented tapas-style, and a full brunch is offered on Saturdays and Sundays.
