Located on the 95th floor of the John Hancock Center, the Signature Room has stellar views of Chicago's skyline and beyond, courtesy of large windows on all sides. The American-focused dinner menu includes pan-seared day boat scallops, roasted rack of lamb and roasted wild striped bass, plus a handful of steaks. At lunch, there is all-you-can-eat lunch buffet; the Sunday brunch buffet features made-to-order omelets and crepes, plus hand-carved meats.
