Founder Ike Sewell is credited with introducing deep-dish pizza when he opened Pizzeria Uno in 1943; it's now synonymous with Chicago pizza. The substantial pizzas are loaded with over-the-top amounts of meats, veggies and cheese. Be forewarned: The wait for pizza is 45 minutes to an hour.
