For a good warm drink, I go to the cozy Sable Kitchen and Bar. Great food and service, and the selection of seasonal cocktails is fantastic! #ChicagoInsiders Tip: Get the famed Spanish Coffee if you want something flaming, as it’s presented to you on fire! Talk about warm cocktail!

Bobby Gonzalez, The Kimpton Gray Hotel

Vol. 39 in the Loop has an excellent hot chocolate cocktail called the Banglore, which is great for Chicago winters. Vol. 39 has great atmosphere and a wide selection of Old Fashioneds to try. Bartenders are great, a great place to kick back and have some drinks!

Mark Kraemer, Palomar

The Dawson has an amazing hot cider called French Market, but they’re also famed for their other amazing cocktails! You can order some great food, chase it down with delicious drinks with a date or some good friends! And the restaurant has two fireplaces to fight the cold and a fun ambience. Great idea for a night out!

Ramon Gomez, The Gwen

Have some food and a cocktail at Cindy’s, the bar on the Chicago Athletic Association rooftop. I like relaxing by the fireplace and looking at the amazing view of Lake Michigan as I enjoy their Sweet Poison during the Chicago winter!
